Simple, not overprised; nice restaurant; pleasant staff
Connection to the city, during pick-hours one can spend one hour on the road with any means of transport. Actually, is not their fall.

We loved the spacious and comfortable rooms, along with the superb staff. The hotel's location was perfect for us as low-budget travelers, with free airport transfers and easy access to nearby amenities. The availability of a PC/printer for airport check-in was a great convenience.
We felt totally at home during our stay and had no complaints.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The staff is really wonderful and friendly here, and we received excellent service. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and helpful assistance. The room was spacious and clean, with super comfortable beds and modern amenities. We were also impressed with the hotel's security measures, especially during the recent crisis. The location is quietly far from the center, which provided a peaceful atmosphere. The outdoor pool was a great spot to relax and cool off, and we also enjoyed the outdoor restaurant with its lively atmosphere and live music. this place exceeded our expectations and we would definitely return.
This place is recommended for families looking for a comfortable and safe stay.

1. The booking did not work with that hotel. As we showed up there, the staff had no idea about my booking. Good that they still had rooms. 2. Foreigners need to make a registration in Kazakhstan. That hotel don't help with doing that. So, we had to look for other ways of making that.

We stayed in the junior suite at Saraishyq and it was spacious, clean, and had a big comfortable bed. The room had a fridge, hairdryer, and a smart TV with internet connection for easy media streaming. The hotel staff, especially the girl at the reception, were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent and the hotel offered a free airport transfer that was punctual and safe. We enjoyed using the pool and eating at the bar/restaurant. Despite its location away from the city center, there were basic shops nearby for convenience. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a convenient location near the airport and not far from the city center. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, and there is a lovely touch of free coffee and sweets available 24/7. The interior has a homely feel, with comfortable beds and clean facilities. The hotel even has a pool and sauna available for guests to use at a reasonable price.
There were some maintenance issues with the shower hoses and showerheads, leaving only a few acceptable rooms available.

Location is near the airport which makes it convenient for travelers who fly in late at night. The breakfast was good with many options to choose from. The rooms were cozy and had a rustic feel. We appreciated the kind staff who were always ready to help.
The hotel is too far from the city center which made it difficult to explore the area. The rooms were small, especially the bathroom, which made it difficult to move around.

The room was cleaned and ok for a one-night stay. The hotel staff was very helpful in arranging a taxi for my airport transfer, and the breakfast, although basic, was edible.
