Stayed here for 1 day, liked the hotel, it was clean with favourable location in the neighborhood of Almaty. Location: the venue was close to the supermarket and bank, and the restaurant. The place was not very far from Agaiyn, where you can have dinner. We were offered an excellent service.

The location of the hotel is ideal if you don't want the fuss of the city. Still you can reach the downtown easily. It is clean, the rooms are comfortable. The hotel personell is great. The restaurant of the hotel is very good.

The standard double room was cosy with the bathroom and 2 single beds. Had an electric kettle and a refrigerator at our disposal. The location was particularly good and excellent, so close to a platform, taxi which is quite cheap and a quiet area of Almaty.

Simple, not overprised; nice restaurant; pleasant staff
Connection to the city, during pick-hours one can spend one hour on the road with any means of transport. Actually, is not their fall.

Its great architecture and great interior design bring a country / nature atmosphere that can makes the guests enjoy their time at the hotel even they are in the center of the busy city like Almaty.
English isn't familiar yet in this hotel. But there're some staff could speak in English.

1. The booking did not work with that hotel. As we showed up there, the staff had no idea about my booking. Good that they still had rooms. 2. Foreigners need to make a registration in Kazakhstan. That hotel don't help with doing that. So, we had to look for other ways of making that.
